I got my engagement ring here and had help by Rhiannon — who is worth her weight in GOLD. Rhiannon is amazing, down to earth and very honest and knowledgeable about jewelry. I thoroughly enjoy every time I go in the store and meet with her. I always come in a little overwhelmed and leave knowing what I want and feeling much better. I’ve never been the type to want help shopping and would rather keep to myself, but I always enjoy shopping with her and it feels like an actual experience and not just a sale. Where do I begin…Rice Village is Extremely personable, so helpful, not pushy, will go beyond to make you happy and show you every Bring in the store until you find the one you adore! Such pleasure to do business with them. They are incredibly knowledgeable and great with pricing too. We have dealt with them since our engagement 11 years ago…we just upgraded my setting and they made it happen in record time!! No waiting here❤️ I couldn’t believe they called the same day to surprise us, they had my setting done, sized, added a larger 6 prong to house my diamond, plus…took my original setting and made it into a band!! My goodness, we couldn’t be happier!! Thank you for the best service, diamonds and dreams that come true in the city!
