Tables must be re-felted. All 5 tables were unkept. Many of which contained holes and debris. I must admit that my standards were not kept high because this establishment caters to a non-billiard type of crowd. The staff, over the phone, were not very knowledgeable about their tables. Yet, they were respectful. When I saw the tables I couldn’t stay and give them a shot. Please zoom in on the picture attached. I hope that the team at this establishment listens and does the right thing by upgrading to a simonis 860 or better type felt. As it stands, for any billiard enthusiast I would not recommend this establishment until these minor improvements have been made.

First , I liked the location, I was dreading going to the mall, I thought it was on the inside, but it has its on entrance, we had ate before, we got there, Our ball did get stuck once, a employee did get it for us. We had a great family time. Will go back again~

I would’ve never imagined my family and I would have so much fun at an arcade as adults. Our ages ranged from 20-65, and yet we enjoyed every second of our time at this venue. We arrived late in the evening (around 11:30pm) and stayed until they closed at 1am. We were able to split one card between the three of us and still managed to play a ton of games and have a really great time in the process. I highly recommend this arcade if you’re an open-minded adult who wants to have a little innocent fun with good people late at night.

Gonna write my honest review, i'll cover a little over everything so please read accordingly Games: Less games than Fox Valley and Gurnee locations. This mall is a very small store compared to the other two There are only bowling and billiards here. they dont have ping pong unfortunately Prize/Crane games: they're the same everywhere. This store is a little behind on the prizes so if you want updated payouts, go to fox valley or gurnee Ticket games: I dont play any marble carnival or card collecting games. I don't gamble so i can't help you out much on that Food: DO NOT BUY ARCADE FOOD. IDC if it's dave & busters, chuck e cheese, etc, NEVER buy the food. Go eat before coming here. The food is mid, only thing worth is the ice cream since it's $1 Rhythm games: Best in IL and best of the other two locations. They maintain them very well here unlike the other locations Security: They check for ID's and wand you everyday after 6-7pm and this is a new thing bc of the stubborn customers that have little patience and cause fights. I've been coming to this arcade since 2020 pre covid to play DDR so i've seen and experienced everything in this arcade. It's not as bad or dangerous as people make it seem, just mind your own business when you're visiting Overall 4/5 - reason being: no ping pong and overpriced food

The greatest pay-to-play arcade I have been too! I would 100% recommend this place if you are tired of wasting your hard earned money at Dave&Busters! This place is top notch!
