For them I give a five star but communication with the company itself, a 4. Still very good but communication could have been better. A bit pricey too, but overall, a pleasure to do business with. Excellent and professional service. My husband and I are very grateful for Royal Moving & Storage for helping us move our heavy furniture. The guys came in and nicely wrapped up all our furniture and moved it into our new place. They were quick in the process and we were very impressed with how timely they were considering we lived on the 3rd floor at our old place. I will highly recommend Royal Moving & Storage to friends and family in need of moving or packing services. They are 10/10 stars in my books.
