Scam company. DO NOT ORDER with them. We struggled to get our money back after a big order that they screwed up completely.

Called just for a inquiry on printing services and the customer service was terrible. We got on a call for about 20 seconds to discuss if they were able to print on a specific material, and didn't mention anything about pricing, accommodations, or alternative solutions. You can tell by their reply here how they treat any given customer.

The initial experience with their service was excellent, but it appears their primary aim was to secure a positive review. I recently placed an order for brochure printing, was assured of next-day delivery, but they completely vanished, leaving us in a lurch. Despite numerous calls, texts, and emails, they never responded, even though they had our payment information on file. This has left us profoundly disappointed and frustrated. I do not recommend their service since they are not reliable.

Pros: They took my job even though it was a bit smaller than their normal volume and they quoted me a good price. The quality of the prints and paper were amazing and we were very impressed with the product and the timeliness with which it was finished and delivered. Cons: They charged me over $100 more than quoted, and won't give me a receipt with a breakdown of my charges. I have emailed them repeatedly with no response (when of course they had been very responsive before when I asked for a quote for my prints). I tried calling and the phone message says that they only want to be dealt with online, and there is no mailbox to leave a message. TL;DR: They did a great job with the prints and delivered on time but overcharged me, didn't provide a receipt and ghosted me after. Caveat emptor.
