I came in to get my CO2 tank filled, and at first, the guy seemed helpful. He even showed me how to use it — but in the process, he wasted all of my gas. By the time I got home, the tank was completely empty. I didn’t even get to use it once. What really bothers me is that he clearly took advantage of me being young, probably thinking I wouldn’t notice or complain. Super shady and disappointing. Don’t trust this place.

My fiancé and I have been to Sac paintball twice, both times Junior was super friendly and really knowledgeable about all the gear. Junior and his wife Judy helped us find exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions. The selection of equipment was impressive, and I felt confident in my purchases. If you're into paintball or just starting out, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend!

Awesome shop! Well stocked and good pricing. Junior assisted us with filling a couple of tanks. He even held the door open for my son as we entered. You unfortunately don't get customer service like this much these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I came into Sac Paintball for the Black Friday sale hoping to get a good deal on a new mask. Not only did I get an awesome discount on my new mask, I also walked away with a FREE Shocker Amp as part of a Black Friday giveaway promotion. On top of all that they aired up my tank (which I did not buy from them) for free. The staff was incredibly helpful and organized during all the Black Friday craziness. I would 100% recommend stopping by Sac Paintball the next time you’re in the area!
