He explained and demonstrated the equipment and showed us what was needed to complete the set up. Dylon was great to work with, was very nice and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. The guys who came and set up the equipment did a great job too! The whole process was easy and we are very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend this store and Dylon.

In store staff was helpful and polite. She was attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns about which equipment to buy. She checked on availability of equipment and delivery dates to give us all options before buying. She was helpful with suggestions to make our home gym safe and effective without being pushy or getting the feeling of being upsold on items. We ordered some equipment for set up and delivery. Delivery/set up costs were very reasonable and completely worth it! The delivery/set up crew was super friendly, professional, and a delight to work with. The two guys that came to our home were excellent- down to earth, hardworking, engaged my son in conversation about where he wanted to set up cage and bench, and genuine. We enjoyed our experience working with Sacramento Exercise Equipment Center and would go back for future needs.

Had never been to the store before but a friend of mine from the gym I work out at recommended the place. They had exactly what I was looking for in a recumbent exercise bicycle. I was pleasantly and professionally assisted by Dottie who patiently explained and reviewed the essential features of the bike. She ensured that all was good and managed the delivery process which was also handled exceptionally well by Julius and Fred. They showed up right on time, and then took their time making sure that I understood how to operate the accessories. The entire process, from beginning to end, was handled flawlessly. It is always a treat to do business with people who understand what it means to provide superior customer service.
