What’s more, she takes time to listen profoundly to what’s on your mind and what matters most to you at the start and end of sessions, so she can tailor your sessions appropriately (and even gives homework to help you) 3. Her sessions are incredibly meditative, healing, and transforming. I have found no better space to unearth deeply rooted emotions than Selysa’s sessions (and it’s not even close). Really, truly, sincerely. I’d recommend Selysa to anyone serious about taking care of themselves.
