I can't speak highly enough of the optometrists and the retail staff, everyone is very kind and helpful. One suggestion I would have for them is to include more affordable frames in their store.

Very quick and efficient. The doctor is wonderful along with the staff. One of the best places to get your annual eye exam. There are several eye machines there to test your eyes.

This office is located in the LensCrafters. I came here for an out of pocket eye exam. The service and care from the assistant and optometrist were satisfactory, but I didn't like what I heard and saw from the front room staff. They're quite cold. They were all complaining loudly about a customer who did not confirm their appointment and how they didn't want to take them in. They complained they were an out of pocket customer as well. They made fun of her when she left unsatisfied. Due to the unsavory attitudes I saw while waiting for my appointment I will find another optometrist office next time I need eye care.

We had a two appointments in a row. One for myself and one for my son. For a co-paymant of $20 doctor couldn't examine none of us, but for $60 co-payment he/was available. And I asked twice just in case I misunderstood. WHAT A PAIN . one star is even too much for them

Dr. Teresa Wong performed a professional, detailed eye exam and properly addressed all my concerns. She quickly found the issue when I picked up my glasses and I was relieved that a simple adjustment to have the glasses sit higher on my face brought everything into clear focus. I'm very satisfied. I would highly recommend her.
