I met Sandra in 2008 when she attended a blogging class I was teaching. We connected on social media and watched each others' careers evolve. It took me months to bold up to ask Sandra to be my coach. It was my very first experience of having a life coach. I was terrified and excited at the same time. I worked with Sandra for just about 12 months and during this period she helped me in so many ways that are difficult to fully describe, but I will try. She helped me identify my foundation, values and what I wanted out of my life. She saw possibilities where I saw challenges, helped me work all my action muscles and go for what I really wanted.
