Incredibly frustrated. One hour before my appointment, the front desk texted me to come in early to fill out new forms (I’ve attended 5 appointments already). I told them that wasn’t possible on such a late notice, and to please email me the forms so I can complete them online. Still no answer, and my appointment is in 30 minutes. I already took half the day off from work so that I can go to the appointment in South Bay. I work on the peninsula. So inconsiderate. I told them we need to reschedule, and no I will not be paying the cancelation fee because this was not on me. It would be 4 stars if not for this. Seriously, they don’t respond to texts or pick up the phone when I call. What gives?

SEV is my go to laser place and Stacie makes it an even better experience! She's incredibly professional and knowledgeable during my laser hair removal and laser facial treatments. She always makes me feel really comfortable and the whole experience is always seamless.

Appointments are quick and you are in and out. Providers are friendly. Looking back, I should have booked a consult prior to deciding/purchasing packages. Other than that, I am happy with the results so far. While the prices are reasonable (comparable to regular waxing), be on the lookout for specials and promotions.

Updated (11/13/2025): Management did reach out and affirmed that they are working on improving the process, which I do appreciate. Original (11/12/2025): They don't honor their appointment times. Second time in a row they asked to reschedule 2 days prior to the appointment. I scheduled at those times for a reason and please just don't list the times if are not going to be available.

This was my first time getting laser hair removal, and Marissa was so professional and amazing! I was really nervous at first because I had seen a lot of reviews online about laser hair removal saying it could be painful, but she helped calm my nerves throughout the session. I also want to mention that the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience, I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends!
