This place is low par. Run of the mill. Shitty attitudes at the front desk, don’t want to help assist. Just poor experience overall and the nurse pinched me a couple times doing the laser hair removal

I was a new client and very excited to become a loyal SEV customer. I just moved to LA, timed my drive out perfectly and struggled for 5 minutes to find which SEV location was the one for laser on Melrose. I went to the wrong one and then found the right one and was 8 minutes late at that point and turned away. This felt ridiculous and not hot a new client should be treated. Won't be spending my $ here!

My experience with Sev Laser has been nothing short of infuriating. I booked an appointment weeks in advance, only to receive a last-minute cancellation. This is not just a one-time issue; I had a similar last-minute cancellation back in November, and clearly, nothing has changed since then. As someone with a hectic schedule, it's incredibly aggravating to have to scramble and rearrange my plans at the last minute. The lack of professionalism and consideration for customers is shocking. It feels like they have no regard for your time or commitment. If you’re looking for reliability and respect for your schedule, look elsewhere. Sev Laser has proven to be unreliable and inconsiderate, and I won’t be returning. Save yourself the headache!

Giving it a lower review rating because they ARE inconsistent so don't ignore it when other people say so. I had to move my appointment due to having to go up to Seattle and in the past have given 24 hours notice just fine but apparently todays' the day. Keep in mind, they cancelled or rescheduled on me or asked me to move around day of with I would say once with only 1 hours notice and the other time with 4 hours notice. Shame, found a well reviewed laser place that will take me and has better consistency on policies. Came here for a year +, myself and my partner + others who I referred will be moving on.

I love Sev. The prices and results are great. Ana is the best. I’ve had her at both locations on Melrose Place. I honestly don’t prefer one location over the other. They are both great. I’m so sad that I can’t just book with her solely. But, honestly, all the nurses are great. No bad experiences, thus far. 100% recommend.
