I love how open and welcoming this store is. The physical layout is easy to walk into and around with your pets and human companions and gets good natural light. They have a great selection of food and treats including a refrigerated section and the prices are reasonable considering the area. The staff are kind and seem to genuinely like the animals visiting the store.

Actually the best pet store I’ve been to!! Everyone is so kind. Their dog wash stations are also incredible. Only $15 for access to a wash bay, numerous shampoo and conditioner options, a blow dryer, brushes and towels! They were so accommodating for our pup. Definitely will be coming back when we visit San Diego with our dog again.
