I recently dined at Signature Thai Cuisine and had the pleasure of being served by Danny C. From the moment we arrived, Danny was attentive and friendly, making sure we felt welcome. I ordered the Pad Woosen with Shrimp at level 1 and the Butterfly Pea with Lime Soda**. Both dishes were absolutely to die for! The Pad Woosen was perfectly cooked, with a delightful balance of flavors and just the right amount of spice at level 1. The shrimp were fresh and succulent, complementing the dish beautifully. The Butterfly Pea with Lime Soda was a refreshing choice, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. It was the perfect accompaniment to my meal. Danny's service was outstanding, he was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. I highly recommend visiting Signature Thai Cuisine and asking for Danny C; you won't be disappointed!

15$ lunch special pad see ew is an absolute must in this economy! Includes salad, egg roll and soup for dine in customers. Tasty plate. Inside is decked out with Christmas decorations as well! So festive! Thank you for the great food and service!

Friendly service, Very nice people, and good food. It was my first time eating Thai food and the young female waitress was very kind and recommended some delicious options. She gave the type of service that has customers returning. I’d recommend this place.

We celebrated my husband’s mom’s birthday there with a group of four, and our server, PiM, took amazing care of us. She surprised us with four complimentary, beautiful, and delicious boba drinks, along with free coconut ice cream. My husband and his mom were so impressed! The food was outstanding, especially the Three Flavor Fish and the Duck Curry. Prices were also very reasonable. Truly one of the best Thai restaurants I highly recommend!

Amazing! Signature Thai Cuisine is the gem in La Mesa area. We came back for several times already and every time we're here we are so impressed with the food is delicious, service from the staff is great and the decorations are beautiful, they changing in different theme of season. I highly recommended this place.
