I was just here an hour ago. I paid for something in cash and the cashier shortchanged me a dollar. I didn’t say anything. Don’t know if it was a genuine mistake but I doubt it. Just a general warning to count your change if you come here… but I suppose that’s true anywhere you go..

We entered the pin of my crédit card last week. The employee said that it did not work. Today, checking my accourt, I see that the money has been retreived. I 've been cheated or it's simply an error but I don't think so.

I bought a magnet that was priced at $6.99, but I was charged $7.20 because I paid with a credit card. They added about 3% extra without telling me beforehand. Customers should be informed about this fee before paying — very disappointing.

This is the only souvenir store you shall visit when you come to Chicago. It’s the biggest, with best prices and you will find anything you’re looking for… and more! The personnel is kind and I never felt forced to buy; I had all the time to decide what to pick instead
