Was visiting Oakland and decided I wanted my eyebrows threaded. Looked up this business and decided to try it out. The entrance to the building was a bit confusing but its a basically several spaces for many businesses. I called the number and was assisted right away. The up-sale was real because I ended up getting a tinted brow as well. Initially I was very pleased with the tint but it lasted maybe a day. Sooo maybe not get that if you want something to last longer. All in all I was very pleased with my experience here. Good customer service, clean space and located conveniently in the city. I would definitely recommend others come here and I could see myself return here as well. Thank you

Romelia did her big one with my brows!! Before her, I was really anti-thread bc it was always either came out too thin or too boxy, but I actually really like the way they look now!

Not super happy with my most recent experience. I made an appointment and then asked if I could come earlier because my availability changed and they said yes except that there was one appointment that I should come before. When I get there, she says 10 minutes and then the lobby start filling with people waiting their appointments and she tells all of them “10 minutes”. By the time she was ready for me, she tried taking me instead of the woman next to me whose appointment had already passed. When that client was done, I went in and the buzzer kept ringing when I was on the chair and she kept going over to answer it. The client walked in without speaking over the buzzer, was asked to wait 10 minutes, and frustratedly asked where she could sit and then was told she could sit on the chairs behind me. I was not comfortable that this client was just told she could sit there while I’m in the middle of my service and have my stuff out in the open and was not able to secure it. I felt like I got poor service because of this and am not very happy with how my eyebrows turned out.

I booked a last-minute appointment on Sunday, Mothers Day, and had no problem getting in. They did a great job with the eyebrow threading. Friendly, highly competent and accommodating. This is my new go-to place.
