We loved today’s service! Roberto was able to get stains out of our upstairs carpet that have been there since we bought our home over five years ago, I had convinced myself that they were permanently baked in by this point. Highly recommend!

Please note, I have edited this review since the initial writing. Originally this was a one star review. They tore up my garden with their truck and just drove off thinking I wouldn’t notice. The carpets were warped and lifted all at the edges when these guys left. As you can see in the photos, there’s tire tracks leading to the cactus they knocked over, and I will had to spend time flattening the carpet back down. Absolutely inexcusable. EDIT: since I made this review, the owner of this location personally called me and made every effort to make such amends as could be made including offering to have them come back to flatten out the carpets for me and fix the garden. In light of the sincere attempt to address my complaints and the quality of the cleaning I have revised this review to 3 stars, but I’m still mad about my cacti.

I contacted this company a few months ago to have the carpets in my home cleaned. The carpets were made of a delicate material that required extra care. Communication was excellent, and they arrived on time and finished the cleaning quickly. I am grateful and highly recommend their services. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your assistance and solving my carpet cleaning problem. They now appear shinier and like new! 🤗🤗.

This company’s San Francisco team did a great job on the carpeting cleanup but they damaged our wall by pulling out the door holder that held the front door open all day while they were here. We called the next morning and the company promised to send someone over to look at the damage. Instead we got a phone call stating that the team was questioned about it, and they denied responsibility. No way! This is baloney! Don’t trust this company with your home. They won’t own up to their mistakes.
