We were very pleased with how Larry listened to what we were interested seeing and then guided us to where on the showroom floor we could find the type of chairs we were looking for. He then left us so we could take our time looking over the chairs. He would periodically we check to see if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we decided on what we wanted he made sure we were getting the best price. We will definitely go back if we have any more furniture purchases.

When I visited the San Antonio location, I was greeted by a sales representative named Eddie, who provided outstanding service. My intention was simply to browse the store and look for eye-catching furniture. Eddie respected that, allowing me to browse comfortably while still checking in and informing me about current deals, promotions, and upcoming inventory. I ended up finding some beautiful decorative pillows on the ground floor, and Eddie swiftly assisted me with the purchase. He also helped the cashier ensure I received the correct change, which I truly appreciated. As a Black shopper, I felt comfortable, respected, and valued throughout my visit. Eddie’s energy was attentive and welcoming without being pushy. Once my house closes next month, I will definitely be returning to make additional purchases. Highly recommend this location—and ask for Eddie.
