VerifiedDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My experience was disastrous. Antique furniture and family heirlooms were damaged, including ANTIQUE items dropped in front of me. The movers had NO MOVING BLANKETS OR PADDING only some wrap and tape—and took NO care in handling my belongings. The truck leaked, causing boxes and contents to get wet. I was not provided a contract or insurance options, and I later learned the company was not licensed for interstate moves despite moving me across state lines. I have reported this matter to the appropriate authorities, and an investigation is underway. See photos of the damaged antiques or how the truck was loaded. Be aware that reimbursement may require legal action. This review is only a summary of the issues I experienced. I trusted this company and deeply regret it. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid the same mistake.
