This is a gorgeous, welcoming salon with very friendly and talented stylists, but unfortunately I am very unhappy with my haircut. This was my first visit and I saw Ashley, who was lovely and attentive for the most part. I really hesitated to write a negative review but I have never cried so much over my hair before :( I asked for the part separating my bangs from the rest of my hair to be "evened out" because I've been cutting them myself for months and it's gotten a little messy. I mentioned that I might want them "a touch" thicker, and she said that she'd cut them first and then we could decide how much thicker I wanted. I also said explicitly that I was pretty satisfied with my bangs already -- I just wanted some slight adjustments. When she turned me back to face the mirror I realized that my bangs had at least doubled in thickness. I was shocked because they now began probably an inch further back on my head than when I had come in. I think she recognized my shock and offered to thin them out a little, but obviously there's no real going back after cutting more bangs. I'm sadly really regretting the $135 I spent on this service. I don't think it's necessarily a bad haircut, but it just isn't what I asked for.

I got my hair cut by Ruby about 2 weeks ago and have been meaning to leave a review. I've been struggling with understanding my own hair type and how to take care of it, as i'm either discovering late (or maybe my hair texture's changed?) that my hair is pretty wavy! Ruby knew exactly how to work with my hair and gave me tons of advice on how to style it, what kinds of products to use, scalp care, and answered a bunch of general questions i had on hair care too. I had gotten this haircut a day before flying out for a destination wedding and I kept thinking the whole time "thank GOD i went here!!" Seriously one of the best haircuts i've ever had! My hair looks amazing even with very minimal styling and product!! I'm definitely coming back, thank y'all so much <3 !!!

I first went here seeking a welcoming environment, also a safe space as there are some cultural practices around my hair so I’ve never had more than one stylist majority of life. My first visit with Samm Jones was amazing! She was so informative, fun, and respectful of my request at my appointment which includes a consult. My second appointment I chopped my hair off into a longer pixie and if you know, you know, pixies are a hard style to cut and Samm did a thorough consult and worked her wizard skills on my hair and it’s stunning. I was so scared to go short, but with a cut like this, it was the best choice! She also discussed how to style and she’s just a lovely human. I love this salon and can’t recommend Samm enough, she’s a hair magician! 2026: I’ve gone to Samm several times now and she’s just the best! She’s such an intuitive stylist, and I feel she really makes each cut unique for her clients after consult and getting to know them. I also love how she shares any hair care or styling tips!
