Joseph was such a chill guy, very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Did a quick bike fit with him and some adjustments and made the bike feel more comfortable. With the fit, I needed a smaller stem which Joseph helped order. The stem arrived and Blake was able to put in the new smaller stem and the bike rides much better. Thanks guys!

I found this store as I wanted to upgrade my current rode bike. The Store Associate Mykal was great. I told him i was looking for comfort because my current bike was bought second hand off a co-worker of mine. He did an awesome job of finding the correct sized bike and properly fitting me for it. I really appreciated his patience, expertise, and the fact that he went the extra mile finding me the right set of cycling shoes. I'd highly recommend this shop as well as Mykal. It was really impressive that he worked to find a bike within my budget. One that would suit the amount of riding i was doing at the time and he allowed me plenty of time to make a decision. It was a great overall experience and i'm really enjoying my purchase.

Store associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Essential bicycle parts are readily available at reasonable prices. When I purchased bike pedals with the wrong size spindle, the associate readily exchanged them for the correct pair.

Came in because my front tire got stolen outside my work. One of the employees, Dalton, really helped make a bad situation better. When I told him that I use that bike to get to work, he really went out of his way to make sure that my bike would leave the shop on 2 wheels that day. Great service, great shop, and a great guy!

Summit Bicycles are awesome. They have great customer service and are very friendly. Dalton has been taking of my Trek Madone Slr 7 since 2022 when I got it and has always kept me safe out there. His work on my brakes, tires, and chain up keep is superb. I don't trust any other bike shop with my bike and will continue to get my bike maintenance done here. Thanks guys!
