I was locked out of my brand new laptop, which was prompting me for a BitLocker recovery key passcode. After several unsuccessful attempts to access it, I decided I needed professional help. Brian was able to assist me with the issue. He was upfront about the charges and mentioned that he wouldn't charge me if he could access my laptop within five minutes; otherwise, I would need to pay. Thankfully, he was able to get into my laptop, and I was so grateful that I felt he deserved a positive review. They are honest and don't try to swindle you out of your money. If you're having laptop issues, I highly recommend going here! It's definitely worth it.

Great service and location! I've loved my three experiences here. I will say that I prefer them for service rather than any of their retail products. But if you need something fixed, upgraded, etc, Sweet Memory is the best place to go. Super-friendly, authentic, and super-fast. Try booking a memory upgrade elsewhere and you'd have to schedule days in advance, but at Sweet Memory you can just walk in and get it done -- not in some hidden back room, either. My suggestion to them for improvement is to focus on quality inventory rather than low-price inventory, or at least to capture a fuller spectrum of price/quality items.
