There vacuums DO NOT ALL work I had to drive around the lot 3x to find one that worked, it’s ridiculous.

First time this car wash in my experience and wash was great they've been provided towels detail cleaner and Windex and they also gave me air fresheners which saved a little on my pocket I was helped by Ashley

I work at the funeral home down the street so it’s custom for us to wash the hearse and the van every morning before funeral services starts. The guys there are so sweet. They’re always welcoming and patient never judging the vehicles. Plus it’s really clean. . .id say it’s the best car wash in the neighborhood.

Alexis was so accommodating and informative in regards of a membership that is actually saving us money, proud to be a new member. One of the vacuums were not as powerful and he quickly came to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend Take 5 Car Wash To family and friends.

If I could i would give 0 stars I was just here in this car wash it was like an episode of final destination. We were on our way to a funeral so we stopped by just to get a quick wash. This was so traumatic and terrifying. The car in the front of my car was stuck on the belt. She was an older woman. It was an older guy behind me at this point ramming my car so hard that you could smell the rubber from his tires. The cars were piling up to where it was at the least 7 cars in the wash jammed bumper to bumper. At this point I am screaming please stop the wash. Please stop the wash. The workers never came until no more cars could fit. I am in such terrible pain, and the worker took our names and information had us to fill it out I have yet to receive a call he said that he would be filing a police report because the lady car stopped and she is at fault. I don’t really know or care who is at fault but at this point. The main people that were negligent in this situation was the car wash workers. I don’t see how they could continue to put cars through and not see that nobody is coming out. People were crying. One guy just ran “ the guy that was directly behind me ramming my car” they said he is a frequent. I had to chase him down. They refused to give information but I got photos, and by the time I’m done as much pain as I’m in I will have this place either shut down or they will have their act together we all suffered at the hands of this place. Please redirect until they can do better. They almost cost us our lives. Not to mention my car is running like my wheels are about to fall out now and you can hear my car jumping when it kicks into gear. It was in neutral until the guy started to push my car like it was on a scene of the final destination my car was lifting up off the ground. They refused to allow me to see the footage so I could film it. He said no
