I’ve been trying to reach this location for almost a week. They put a faulty oil filter on my car and even when it gave a code issue, they told me to call if anything went wrong. I’ve been calling for ALMOST A WEEK since I’m not in Houston and my car got so bad that I had to take it to a mechanic. I need to be contacted by SOMEONE.

I had my oil changed today and Yoon took excellent care of my vehicle. He was quick, honest, and very professional. He explained things clearly without pressure and made the whole process smooth. Really appreciate technicians like him , highly recommend!

I would have never left this review had you been open today and I didn’t get a text from you guys. I just called to realize that you guys were closed today. This caused me disappointment because I needed a sticker with my mileage and next oil change visit should be and my car wasn’t reset. Now, granted during this experience I did not take my car a hired hand did and I expressed my frustration with the help as well but as technicians in a shop I do expect to receive my sticker (unless something has changed) and to have my car reset to 100% when it comes to an oil change.

I always visit this Take 5 for my annual vehicle inspection! They always take great care of me! 15-20 minutes wait time is unavoidable (if you go in before 12noon or after 1ish pm), but they will give you a bottle of water while waiting in the queue. Everyone was pretty polite/professional/friendly. No shady stuff or attempts taking advantage of ladies. I also visit them for oil change! Very trustworthy and reliable! Super duper nice staff!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Went in for oil change took about 25 minutes. Later in the day decided to look under the hood and notice service technician spilled motor oil on top of the engine. Service technician should have mentioned that or remove oil stains with degreaser. Take 5 management is that the best way to address issues with a simple rubber stamp response. when answering complaints.
