Cre was absolutely wonderful during my entire hair loss treatment experience. After going to several doctors and then pushing lifetime oral medications on me, I felt hopeless. Cre was very professional and made me feel comfortable . Atmosphere was nice and all the questions I had were answered and more! If you are looking for a Trichologist I definitely recommend her you will get the answers you need!

I send her payment for some products she “claims” she never received payment. The money was withdrawn from my bank account through cash app. I contacted cash app and my bank navy federal. They said they see the withdrawal from Tri Cre Health & Beauty LLC, so I’m not for sure of why she said I canceled the order when I got a receipt. And I never got a confirmation saying I canceled I’m not for sure if she faked this whole thing to just keep my money and products that were owed but I was hurt because I really wanted help with my problem. I gave her 3 stars. Because service was great, but this whole incident with my money was funny to me… I’m not trying to be rude this is my experience
