Good place to go before they get fully discovered! I expect our next visit to San Diego will see lines out the door. We arrived at 9 am and were promptly seated. The service was top notch and the food was fresh and delicious. I got the XO and the brioche bun was light and thin, perfectly balanced with the rest of the sandwich. You can tell this food is prepared with care and attention. It’s the kind of meal that fills you up but doesn’t weigh you down.

I stopped by The Farmacy for a meal and to get some work done. It is a cute brunch spot with a nice outdoor patio area. The scrambled eggs were soft and buttery and the potatoes were crispy! The servers were very friendly and attentive! I would love to go back for one of their unique biscuits and gravy breakfast entrees or lunch!

Lorenzo was a helpful and thoughtful waiter. Food was on point. I got the Union Jack! My girlfriend got The Standard. Hot Chocolate was delicious! Thank you! Go check this place out!!!

The Farmacy has a great outdoor patio, and the inside is very nice. Everything was clean. The service from the owner was fantastic. The food was great, and we loved the drinks we got (matcha latte and a cold brew). I highly recommend this place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

In from out of town and had breakfast here. It was wonderful. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. The pork belly grits was really great! For me pork belly can be hit or miss but it was fantastic here . Great spot for breakfast check it out!
