I'm very new to Pilates and have only been to a few classes here, but so far it's been a very welcoming environment. I like that there are people from all different age groups, ability levels, etc. in the classes with me. All the instructors I've met have been very friendly and provide lots of helpful guidance. I feel encouraged to keep coming back!

Let me tell you why I love the Pilates Hub! It’s truly for every BODY at any level. Each class has options to modify up or down based on your body or how you’re feeling that day. The instructors are accommodating to whatever your needs are. I always feel welcome! I love that the focus here is not just on getting a great workout but also on mobility, stability, and body awareness. The studio is warm and inviting with lots of fun things to explore! So happy to be back in classes here after a hiatus! Thank you, Pilates Hub!! 💪🏼

I’ve been a loyal client of The Hub since the day they opened. I’ve taken all the classes with all of the instructors. There are many things I appreciate about the studio, the two biggest being the knowledge and experience of the instructors and how they’re able to teach to EVERY body. My own body has gone through ups and downs over the years and I know whether I’m at my weekly private session or a group class, I’m going to be nurtured and challenged. We’re going to have fun too!!

After taking a 4 year hiatus from regular pilates due to a move, medical issue and a pandemic, I was finally ready to find my studio in seattle. I had tried several prior to the pandemic but never quite felt “home”. August of 2022 I happened across Pilates Hub and creeped on their windows. The giant decal stating”All Bodies are Good Bodies” immediately gave me a good feel. After looking at the website I reached out to inquire about some private sessions. I was lucky enough to end up with Nathalia the owner for 7 weeks and quickly learned the decal was not an empty promise. Everybody at the studio is kind, warm, welcoming and knows their stuff. I also have done privates with Tiffany who is SO amazing and taken classes. I cannot say enough about this studio.
