Olivia is a fantastic coach that quickly gets you into the 1-6 punches explanations. Her attitude and amazing playlists keeps you going! I burned 900 calories in my last workout according to my watch!

Came in for a class that Tanner was coaching and I truly enjoyed his coaching style. He helped me fix my form so that I am not so tight and can actually breathe while striking. He ended the class with a killer core workout!

Great coaches and good facility with pretty much everything you need for conditioning work. The 3 stars is because of the difficulty I had in canceling. At the beginning of the year I had asked to freeze my account until the end of August because I was expecting a really busy 6 months. I was told that if I want to cancel during the freeze, I would still be charged for one more month, which is fine. Then, in June I find out that I will have to move out of the country, so I went to the gym in person to ask to have my account canceled knowing that I would be paying for one more month in September and the cancelation would take effect in October. I made it clear that I am moving out of the country, and the guy working the desk walked me over to a computer to sign a form to cancel. October rolls around, and I spot another charge on my credit card. I thought that was weird, but I decided to let it go, and submitted another cancelation form online. November comes around, and I get another $99 charge. Lads, I'm 6000 miles away, and my bank notifications no longer go to my phone as I have a new SIM. I trusted this to be taken care of when I came in person in June, and it didn't. It shouldn't cost $300 to cancel a gym membership.

Great boxing class! It's been a couple of years since my last class due to injuries (unrelated!) but Janet is an outstanding coach, very attentive even in a very full class, which helped me find my old rhythm and get totally drained by the end. I will definitely be returning for regular workouts.

Braeden is absolutely amazing! He’s incredibly patient and really takes the time to understand each member’s strengths and weaknesses. His attention to detail and focus on improving our weak areas have made a huge difference in my learning journey. Every session feels personalized and motivating. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve seen massive improvements in my technique. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about getting better! 🥊
