Wonderful doctors, awful customer service. I have been going here for years but am now looking for a new eye doctor -- they don't call you back when they promise, they don't tell you when your contacts arrive. And they never apologize.

I came to Through The Hayes Optometry to get prescription lenses for two pairs of glasses, and I’m so glad I chose them. Caitlynn provided exceptional customer service. She patiently helped me select the right lenses, coatings, and tint, and went above and beyond to make sure the tint matched my old pair perfectly. I just picked up my new frames, and they look fantastic. Thank you, Caitlynn, for making the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for my next set of frames. While the staff is friendly, it doesn't make up for the lack of accountability and competency. Buying a simple pair of sunglasses had become a two month long fiasco that had me asking "what have I gotten myself into?" and "Do I really need these glasses that badly?" I'm so relieved that it is finally over. Please realize an excuse and apology is not service recovery, especially when you've paid over $700.

Dr. Tam and the staff are absolutely amazing. My wife and I didn’t realize what we’d been missing in getting eye support until we started seeing her. There’s truly something about the attention and care she gives, as well as her explanations, that really make a huge difference in understanding my vision and how to approach treatment as my eyes are impacted by computer strain and age. We are moving out of state and truly sad that my eyes wont be in Dr. Tam’s care!

Of course Dr.Tam is wonderful and attentive. The whole team was very helpful, from reception to the tech before seeing Dr. Tam. I was also well supported in picking out a great new frame! They always have a great selection!
