Love this Store.. The employees and the manager Gustavo always go above and beyond for their customers. I live in cypress and make the drive to memorial for all my service needs because I always feel at home there. The knowledgeable sales staff and Alejandro that does service, have made me feel like I'm part of the trek family. I will always be a trek customer moving forward. Plus their weekend rides are amazing!!! If anyone is looking to get a life changing machine, buy a trek and make sure you go out of your way to visit the memorial location off Wirt Rd. Good value, nice guys. Had a simple tire swap. Bike Tech listened to my needs & suggested kevlar lined tires, in stock. Installed for like $20 ish. Extra gratis services provided demonstrating pride in work, technical skill & desire to provide a value add for customers. Oh, & i didnt know this was MS150 weekend & he was Slammed! Work completed early & with a smile! Thanks guys!

Great location with very friendly staff! My family and I recently purchased 2 bikes for my toddler and I. A huge shout out to Gustavo- he was super helpful and knowledgeable! Took the time to talk to us about the store’s offerings, and very patient while we looked around. Loved how engaging he was with our family and really made our toddler feel comfortable on the bike. We really appreciate the great experience and looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend this location to all of Houston!
