Love this shop!!! The manager, Ray, was incredibly kind and patient with me and my 73 yo mom, newbies to biking. From picking out bikes and installing our hitch rack, to giving us directions for our maiden voyage, he was with us the whole way. Such a great experience! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience. The folks there were helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and how we ride and offered great options and customized solutions to fit what we were looking for. They didn’t rush or pressure us, but spent a lot of time helping us find exactly what we needed. Even when we ran up to closing time they got the bike ready with all of the customized items I really appreciated that we didn’t need to come back later. We really enjoyed working with Janelle she was great.

Their bikes are great good deals. All the bikes I’ve gotten work great for what I need. The customer service is amazing everyone is so nice and friendly. Carl at the south lamar store always is knowledgeable and helpful.

Had a great experience purchasing two EBikes with Andrew today. The Lamar location had an amazing selection of bikes. Andrew was very knowledgeable and shared details about each bike we showed interested in. With that info, we were able to test drive the e-bikes in the parking lot and decide the best bike for us, as well as the accessories to go with it. Very fun experience!
