I dropped off my Surface Pro 10 on Sunday because it would not power on. I have the extended warranty through Microsoft and they are the authorized repair facility. I called on Monday at 4 pm and was told that they were working on diagnosing it and they would call me with an update the next day. I called at 1 PM Tuesday after not receiving a call and was told they tried to power it on and it would not work. They indicated that they needed to do further troubleshooting. They committed to call me the next day. So no progress. I called at 11 AM on Wednesday and they indicated that they had ordered a battery for it. We discussed it and agreed that was not the issue. The tech said he was messaging the owner to see what we could do and promised to call me before lunch on Thursday. I called at 11 AM, 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM and they would not answer the phone. I believe they were avoiding my call. I drove to the store and picked up my laptop. Chris told me the owner did not get back to him. I am shipping my surface pro director to Microsoft. I wasted 5 days with them and they did nothing. Maybe they can fix a phone screen, but they do nothing know how to fix a computer.

I suggested my 17yo daughter bring her phone there for an assessment as they had helped me in the past. Phone was brought in as a requirement for insurance. The technician advised a $79 "diagnostic letter fee" and told her that it would be covered by the insurance. It was neither covered nor needed. All I needed was the free estimate. The store has been good before, which was why I sent my daughter there. But they took advantage of her, and this was a disingenuous upcharge.

Took them 4 days and they “forgot to fix my phone” so I took it home then returned it the next day. Took them a week and they got mad over the phone for my request for an update 3 days later. When I picked it up after a week they said it was unfixable and damaged it further. When I gave it to them I was having a problem with rebooting and when they gave it back the problem still persisted and the screen was highly damaged and barely functions. They also charged me 80 dollars for a diagnostic letter marked free on ther website. These lines were NOT there when I gave it to them a week and a half ago

I got my screen replaced there and they gave me a super cheap one that ruined my battery. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I paid $380 for a screen that’s worth like $100 and it was trash—don’t waste your time!

Just had a screen replaced on my older IPhone 8+. Dropped it off at 10 and it was ready by 11. The girl at the Bitters (San Antonio) location was very nice and did a great job job on the repair. Highly recommended. A+.
