Terrible company. They don’t support their vendors regarding flooring claims when professionally installed. Owner Refused to send inspectors because he had no time he said. Now my customer isn’t happy with their floors and us as a company will take responsibility and replace ULTIMATE FLOORS TERRIBLE FLOORING. The company warranty is basically useless. Video of flooring is uploaded on their yelp if you consider purchasing I recommend to watch the video first and look at the one star comments for real opinions.

Truly a horrible experience with ultimate flooring customer service. My mother had flooring installed throughout her house. It was about 1400 sq ft of flooring that was purchased from a local retailer. The flooring came with a 35 year warranty. The flooring started to buckle, cup, and separate within a few months of installation. The installer is blaming the product. We contacted the retailer and we were provided with a form to submit to Ultimate flooring. This was done more than 2 months ago and Ultimate flooring never responded despite the retailer following up on it. The companies warranty is utterly useless if they are unwilling to respond to a customer concern. Since we never had Ultimate respond it is hard to attribute blame to the installer until the manufacturer evaluates this. We can not vouch for the product quality; however, this complaint is about Ultimates refusal to respond to a customer concern.

I put a flooring and they didn't took care of the claim ..I spoke to Erica and Richard and they are very rude. . don't buy there material it's very bad.. also they don't deliver on the day they say. They make me waist my time and my crew .. buy from other places better
