The delivery was fast and everything was packed well. Originally I wanted to leave a very positive review, but unfortunately I had to change my rating because one of the tires developed a serious sidewall issue after a short time (see photos). This is concerning from a safety standpoint. I hope this was just an isolated defect, but I think the company should pay more attention to quality control. It would be great if customer support could offer a solution in cases like this

I bought some used tires from this company. One ended up having a small pinhole and the tread wasn’t the right fit for my car, but honestly, the tires themselves seemed like good quality. What impressed me most was their customer service—the return process was super easy, and they responded right away. Even though I had to return them, I still had a really positive experience and would definitely give them five stars. Great company!

Bought 4 tires, I picked out as high of tread as available. The tires shipped quickly. Each tire did have a repair, but the repair was done properly. The tread was outstanding. The dates were all fairly recent. They all seem to be balanced well, no leaks. With taxes I paid about $500 for a set of almost new tires that would be about $1200 new at the major tire shops. Thank you

Seems like folks either have a good experience with these guys or not. Mine was good this time and saved me a bundle by allowing me to replace one tire with similar tread remaining when compared with my other tires. My used tire was patched, but it was done in the crown of the tire which is safe to do. The tire seems to be holding up fine after several days. Shipping was extremely fast as well. I think they could improve their description online by taking a photo of any patch work done to the tire so customers can see before they buy.
