I have been going to the optometrists here since 2014, as well as getting prescription glasses over that time. Both aspects of the business are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office. They have a diverse frame selection from upper tier designers. The frames and lenses aren’t cheap, but I’ve been very happy with their quality and longevity (specifically ic Berlin frames). They take VSP insurance for both exams and glasses. Definitely worth a look if you need an optometrist and/or a pair of nice glasses!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Urban Optiks Optometry with Dr. Ananya Jalsingh! The clinic is absolutely beautiful—modern, sleek, and spotless. Dr. Jalsingh was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. I was new to contacts, and the staff took the time to train me on how to insert and remove them properly. They also gave me multiple trial lenses to help me find the perfect fit, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the clinic was—they were able to fit me in and book my appointments much sooner than I expected. The staff was amazing: super friendly, communicative, and always quick to respond. They also use the latest technology, which made my eye exam feel efficient and thorough. On top of all that, their pricing is very affordable. I’m so glad I found this place—definitely planning to stick with them long-term. Highly recommend!

I had such great experience at Urban Optiks. From the second, I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff. Patti, the optician lead was so knowledgeable and helped me find the right frame that suited me. She was so patient and I felt like I was the only one that mattered to her. My experience with Dr. Klein was unbelievable. He is so kind and caring and had such a great bedside manner. He took his time examining my eyes and made sure I got the best prescription/vision as I expressed my previous experience (not so stellar) elsewhere. During my exam, I knew immediately he was so experienced, and he made sure I was dialed in. I picked up my glasses today. This is the best I’ve seen in many years. Although, Trivex lenses cost more, it was the best choice, I’ve learned you get what you pay for. I couldn’t be any happier. Thank you Dr Klein and Patti for making it a wonderful experience. Lastly, it was so convenient that they are open on Saturday!!
