Member for over 2 years. Positives and Negatives follow: *Positives: Clean gym, big, many machines, very courteous trainers. Nice to make friends as well. *Negatives: One main negative to me, is that over past few months they have been cranking up the volume of the overhead music. Often it comes in above noise cancelling headphones. Talked to a colleague next to me on cardio bike today and he confirmed the same and indicated that * 4 other gym goers had mentioned same to him lately * ! So, we both approached manager "Andreas" (03-26) to ask why the louder overhead music and was this the new standard for the gym? Although Andreas stated they could lower the music, nothing effectively changed after our chat ended. Hence, I simply left the gym and went for a run instead. Shameful on him and whoever cranks up the music as not everyone wants this and the people who don't usually are hesitant to speak up. Its interesting when they want something from you - like to pay for training sessions with a trainer - they are all very nice, but when you ask them to be respectful of "all" people re the overhead music, they ignore and repeat. Also, not sure why the need for louder overhead music either as 80 - 90% of gym goers all listen to their own via ear buds or headsets. (Note: In that regard the music levels of 2025 were fine). Disappointed with this experience and the front desk. Not good!

Be wary of 5 star reviews. The management will only look into billing issues on your account if you agree to leave a 5 star review. They literally pull a sign out from a drawer and wait for you to show them the review before taking action. This gym is only worth it if you are able to $10 deal otherwise I wouldn't consider it. The gym isn't gross but it isn't clean either. No one here wipes down equipment. Hard to blame them sometimes because the trash cans (where disinfecting wipes are located) are often empty. It's fairly frequent that 3/4 trash's have no wipes available. Bathrooms are gross and feel moldy? There's always water on the counter and stains all over, definitely could use a deep clean. I also think the employees could at least do the bare minimum and look like they care about memberships, seems like they're too busy talking to each other or sitting on their phone. Not my last gripe but the last one i will list, it's been 11 days and the only clock still has been adjusted for daylight savings.
