I was referred to Vivian's office a few years ago after my tax situation got more complicated. Vivian met with me to go over my situation and advised me on what I needed to do, which was pay the taxes before I got fined! I mistakenly thought I had quite some time to pay those taxes. Vivian has been handling my taxes ever since. Her team gets my taxes done in a timely manner. Whenever I have any questions, Vivian would answer my questions and explain things clearly to me.
