Staff were unhelpful. We’ve never been disappointed at Williams Sonoma with customer the service we received. We wanted to see an item that was boxed because there were none on display. They refused to open it and offered no other solution. We ended up leaving without making our other purchases. Disappointing because we really wanted to purchase the items we had selected but out of principle, we chose not to support this store

I ordered a cheeseboard online advertised on clearance for 86.99 when I received it, it had a sticker marking the price as 62.99. When I contacted customer service they would not refund me the difference because "our prices go up and down all the time." If the price had gone up why was the sticker still on the item and not crossed out. They also offer price match on their website. False advertising! For a luxury brand, this is shabby

I am a Lodge customer for life! Unbelievable customer service. I made a purchase of a Dutch oven many years ago and it had started to deteriorate by chipping, staining, etc. One simple email, that's right, one simple email led to an incredible customer service experience. I was sent a brand new Dutch oven with whatever color I wanted because they didn't have the one that I currently owned at the time in that color. I was floored! No arguing, no debating, nothing. A simple we're sorry that happened to you will send you a new one. You don't find companies like this or customer service like this anymore. Everything I buy in the future will always be Lodge!
