I am beyond angry about my experience here and would strongly urge people, especially women, to stay far away from this place. I booked an appointment the day before, yet when I arrived, the staff acted completely unprepared and seemed shocked that I even had an appointment. They were scrambling to find a room, which was already a huge red flag. Then it got much worse. The man who came in to give the massage was extremely unprofessional and clearly not properly trained. Within minutes, he was touching areas of my body in a way that felt completely inappropriate and unlike any legitimate massage I’ve ever had. I immediately felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I told him to stop and leave. Instead of respecting that right away, he said “more pressure?” and I had to repeat myself firmly before he finally got out. There was no apology, no concern, and no accountability from anyone afterward. I was never asked if I was comfortable with a male therapist, which I absolutely was not, and that alone is unacceptable. This was not just a bad massage, it was an extremely uncomfortable and upsetting experience. I left feeling shaken and disrespected. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
