Bought an upright walker from them a month ago when my dad, an 89 year old Army veteran, was in rehab for him to use once he got out. But he did so well in rehab he decided not to use it and to continue using his regular walker. I knew they had a “All Sales Final” Policy, but I went back there earlier today and showed them their walker, which still had all the tags and was obviously in mint condition and wanted to know if they would be willing to trade it for one of their regular walkers. Woman was adamant that all sales are final. I will try to sell the upright walker and if I do, I will use the money to buy my dad a new walker. But I won’t be buying his new walker from here because I wouldn’t want to do business with people who are unwilling to negotiate. Also this woman was not very business savy. I didn’t ask for a refund. The upright walker was sold to me for $338 and they sell their regular walkers for $250. Had she been willing to trade they could’ve sold the upright walker again and made $88 and also helped my dad. Unfortunately this business is not Ben Franklin approved.

I was out of town with a family member whose wheelchair broke in downtown Sac. You were so kind and suggested an innovative approach to try to solve our problem in a location closer to us. This type of kindness is so rare and you have won our future patronage.

We were visiting from Florida when our Jazzy Carbon wheelchair unexpectedly stopped working. Thankfully, Paul and Hunter at Affordable Mobility were incredibly helpful—and conveniently located near the airport. Within just 30 minutes, they diagnosed the issue and had the exact replacement part on hand. We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick, professional service and highly recommend Affordable Mobility/Medical to anyone in need

We had such a great experience working with the staff here. They helped us get exactly what we needed for my mom and she feels super happy and comfortable.

Company sells damaged equipment and offers no warranty. They are moving out of the area soon, so buyer beware. No integrity
