I really love my eyebrow thread and would come back but I have one request - when I came for an appointment, I arrived 2 minutes early and a walk-in arrived right before me. I told the woman doing the threading that I was there for an appointment starting now and she said that she would start my appointment after the walk-in - so I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for my appointment to start. I understand that you’re trying to make money and that by making me wait another 10 minutes for my appointment you make another $30 that day but I had to leave work early and walked quickly to make it here on time. I’m respecting your time by arriving on time and I expect you to respect my time as a customer too. Next time I come to an appointment I’d like my appointment to start on time. If a walk-in comes immediately before my appointment, you should tell the walk-in to wait until after my appointment. Thank you!

I waited for 35 minutes while they were advertised to be open and no one came. Both online and sign on door says they open at 11 and I waited until 11:35 on march 24th and no one came nor answered the phone.
