The first time I reached out, Fernando was amazingly responsive and receptive to what I was looking for. I came with my own head unit and subs and needed help picking an amp and getting it installed. There was no overselling in the least - based on the subs I have and the power they needed, he recommended the perfect option. Not only was the work clean and fast, but it was half the price another shop quoted me. Fast forward a few weeks: I reached out about an electrical issue I’d been experiencing since the install that I assumed was connected. Fernando got me in right away, gladly looked into everything, and showed me that the problem was actually that my battery terminal was loose. He tightened it for me but, more importantly, he explained why the terminals I have are causing the issue and urged me to have them replaced ASAP. On my way home from the shop, a guy in a car pulled up next to me and waived his hands around to get my attention at a stoplight. I dropped my window and music and the guy exploded about how sick my system sounded, which really drove home the feeling I’d gone to the right shop and gotten the best service. I don’t know what upgrades I may need down the road, but Fernando made a lifer out of me!

I've taken 3 of my vehicles here and have had great service every time. Fernando has taken the time to explain the process, help select the most appropriate products for my cars (including, head units, amps, dash cams, back up cameras, and speakers). I've sent my son here to get his stereo upgraded because I wanted him to have his car upgraded with the best installer/business in the area. Finding good businesses is a boon (whether it is a mechanic, contractor, stereo shop, etc) and I want to ensure Fernando and his team are supported.
