I went to Joe on a friend’s recommendation after I cracked my iPhone screen. I have an old phone but really didn’t want to get a new one. I called Joe and was able to get an appointment with him same day. He is very friendly, helpful and an excellent communicator. I appreciated his clear directions on how to get to his location as well. I feel that the price is also very reasonable. He did an awesome job and I’m glad I found him for future needs!

Joe is amazing. This is the third time I used his repair service. One of the best thing about him is that all 3 times, I haven't had to leave my phone or laptop overnight, as I would with Apple repairs. My advice is to contact him, no matter what your problem. He can do things that are not on his list of services. For instance I had a loose cable connector on my iphone 11 - the charging or ear pods would go off and on randomly (mostly off). When I texted him, he said he could fix it, and completed the task on my appointment within 30 minutes! He is also very friendly. On this 3rd visit I didn't even ask for a cost in advance because I trust him to give me a fair price (it was around $100). Since I can't be without my phone for 1-2 weeks, my only Apple alternative would have been to buy a new phone, for around $1000 (refurbished).
