Dropped my car off early at 10:30 AM thinking it might be started sooner. When I came back around 5:00 PM, the car was almost done. It was finished by 5:10, but I then waited about 30 more minutes because the tech (Carlos) stepped away before releasing my keys, even after the car was already pulled up front. Before booking the appointment and paying the deposit via Phone, the manager (Will) mentioned I’d receive an additional $50 off for being a repeat customer. When I arrived, the price didn’t reflect that. I didn’t push the issue, but it felt like a bit of a bait-and-switch, even though the final price was still competitive. A few small details were also missed: the dealer sticker wasn’t reapplied to the windshield, there were leftover strips of tint inside the car, and the window had some squeegee streaks. Overall, the people are cool and the work is solid, but the customer service and attention to small details could definitely be better.

I’ve been doing my own car audio for 25 years and I’ve always used the big names store and such over the years but as I was starting to build my current build I was looking online and ran across hi-tech car audio. The reviews I read made me want to give them a chance and boy I’ve never been more pleased with my orders. I placed my first order on Black Friday and the next day I was contacted and was informed of an issue with the head unit I wanted. He started off offering to upgrade me to a newer unit and a store credit and after several emails back and forth I decided to upgrade a little more to get exactly what I was looking to buy. Sean gave great advice and suggestions and let’s just say I’ve placed several orders with them since. Everything was shipped out quickly and the customer service is top notch. We discussed what I wanted and he continued to get be some great advice and I couldn’t be more pleased. I wish they wasn’t completely across the country from me so that I could go meet them and check out their store. I’m already planning my next build once I get this one completed. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days so if you’re planning to buy some audio equipment I highly recommend giving them a shot. Have a great day and God bless. Ps. Amazing customer support, I was fortunate enough to have Sean assisting my troubles. I had ordered speakers that were discontinued, which I hadn’t known; Sean brought it to my attention that they were discontinued and offered me a full refund, and a 10 dollars off code. I sent an email stating I wanted a refund, and in under 30 minutes I got a notification saying a full refund was in action. It’s businesses like this that are genuinely there for their customers. If I could shake Sean’s hand right now, I would. 10/10 customer service

I like these guys. They don’t upsell. Give you what you want. Honest and know their stuff. It’s an old school shop with old school dudes who don’t pressure you. Tell them what you want, how much you’re willing to spend and they’ll set it up. It’s still cheaper to install on your own, and if time is your commodity, then I don’t mind paying experts to do it right. Maybe if I was 40 years younger I would enjoy installing my own still. 😂

Just wanted to give praise to the professionalism Will showed. He was very in tune and gave me plenty of options to choose from, and not just sell what would make the business more money. They were quick with their backup camera install. Very impressed on how clean looking the install was, almost looks like it came stock like this! I also had tint installed, looks amazing and the guarantee they offer is the cherry on top. Would highly recommend coming here. I'll be back again when I need more work done. Thanks again guys!
