The people who work here are very kind, and helpful. The Dermatologist was well informed and helped me with my questions, giving me a direction to go to where I can get the answers I need. I needed that. Even went the extra mile to meet my vegan needs. I am impressed.

I keep getting message after message asking me to leave a review so here it is. In my 1.5 years coming to Berman for skin concerns, I’ve had my provider change three times. The office has a very rate of employee turnover, which is never a good sign. My most recent visit was for an 8 AM appointment. I arrived two minutes early to a locked office with lights completely off. A few minutes go by, an employee walks by, opens the clinic up, and disappears into thin air. I’m standing by the counter for 5-10 minutes saying “hello?” With no response.., Eventually another employee comes in, sits down behind the desk to finally realize I’m a patient, as she mistook me for someone working there? I wait again, finally get called back, the same woman from the front desk takes pictures of my skin and leaves. Esmeralda comes in, doesn’t look at my skin, doesn’t look at my scalp, says she’s refilling me meds and leaves. Less than 30 sec face to face with my provider that I paid $50 for?? Additionally, their phone answering system is mismanaged. There’s an option to request a med refill, but your request will disappear into thin air. When I asked why I wasn’t getting refills or calls back, front desk told me that that option doesn’t work. Even if you manage to reach their front desk over the phone, it is impossible to hear what the person on the phone is saying, and they don’t send refills for all your meds I have given this office so many second chances and I am over it. It is mismanaged and clearly a bad place to work with how fast employees come and go. I rarely write reviews, but had to put this out there.

Despite booking an appointment, I was left waiting for 40 minutes only to then be told the dermatologist hadn’t even arrived and no one knew what time she might turn up! Very poor communication, goodness knows how long we’d have been left sat on our own in a room if I hadn’t questioned the delay ☹️
