Trained with Caleb and Lance for 5 months and learned how to do barbell lifts! I'm no longer scared of those weights at the gym. If you're looking to get started BUF is definitely a great place. Lifting weights is so much fun.

The trainers actually care about your health and how you’re feeling that day, not just pushing you through a workout. And there’s never that awkward forced small talk, everything just feels natural. Everyone from Ben, the owner, to every trainer genuinely checks in and makes sure you’re taken care of. It honestly feels like you’re just hanging out with friends who just so happen to make you lift weights. 🏋️ I’d highly recommend BUF if you’re looking for a trainer or just want some social interaction while improving your health. Ben does an incredible job running the gym and creating a great environment to train in. He really cares about helping people get fitter and healthier, and is always willing to help whether it’s with nutrition advice or making sure you’re doing the right exercises for your goals. The trainers are also excellent and bring a lot of energy to every session. They’re knowledgeable, motivating, and make sure you get a really strong workout in every time.
