I would not recommend the kids club. Every time I bring my 10 month old baby on Friday and Saturday Briana who works in the kids club will text me less then 10 mins after I leave me baby with her. She claims that she is unable to sooth him & he doesn’t like being left alone. Umm hello he’s a baby. She admitted to be inadequate to do her job & she is very rude. I’ve had no other issues with any of the women that work in the kids club and it’s very sad that I cannot work out on the weekends because of an employee that cannot perform her duties correctly. I did put in a verbal complaint with one of the floor managers and hope that was disrupted to hire up. Very disappointed. Everyone else is amazing & I do love the gym overall and all of the amenities.

Was here tonight for a workout. Knew they closed at 11p. At 1020 I went to go to the womens locker room and was turned away as the associate was shutting down the restroom with no ETA of when she would be done cleaning. Asked if they had a singular restroom like their sister facility in Citrus heights, the associate responded saying no. Irritated I walked out then to go use the red-light therapy sauna. Same situation. At 1022 the saunas were closed down. When you pay for a facility and its perks, it would be nice to use them. Granted I understand cleaning takes time as I have worked for numerous gyms in the local area. With that said, I have NEVER shut down a restroom for the evening 10 minutes early let alone 40 minutes to closing where there are 50+ people actively working out. Ill go back to the citrus heights location or quit all together again because the team at Florin definitely isnt it.

The staff is awesome, all the amenities included in the max membership is great with an even fantastic price. I love how the staff is constantly walking around cleaning or restocking, making reminders for other individuals to pick up after themselves. Overall I've been really happy with my new gym.
