Anna’s work is life-changing! I went to her for lymphatic massage before my wedding, and for neck and shoulder pain postpartum. She’s so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She takes the time to assess and work on all of your aches and pains, regardless of what you come in for. Most effective massage I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close!

During the massage, she noticed details about my body that I hadn’t shared, such as clenching my jaw and favoring the left side of my mouth for chewing. The session was not only deeply relaxing but also profoundly educational. I learned so much about my own body and health. The most impressive results, however, appeared weeks and months later. I noticed reduced swelling and started losing water weight—it felt like the massage kick-started my metabolism.
