This was my second time coming here (first experience was great) but the second time around I was really disappointed. The execution for the nails I wanted were terrible, they were even sloppy with the shape of my nails. They offered to fix the nails free of charge and once I got my nails repainted and reshaped they still charged me $30 - I even brought my own gel paint products. Not once did they talk to me about the price change until the service was completed. Update - it’s been less than two weeks and the nails are already lifting. Waste of money.

I was disappointed by my recent manicure experience here. I was cut on two fingers during the service, and one of the cuts continued bleeding into the next day. The polish started cracking the very next day on all of my fingers, and my cuticles were noticeably overcut. This was also the second time I’ve had issues with manicure services here. I contacted the salon, and while they responded, the only resolution offered was a hand polish change that had to be used within the same week. Overall, I left disappointed.

This place is so relaxing, and the staff does a great job caring for clients. It’s clean, friendly, and comfortable. Highly recommend. Rose and Kayla are so precise and so such an amazing job!

$95 ADDITIONAL just for gemstones from a picture reference on normal length nails. They said it was going to be $3/nail and tried to tell me otherwise AFTER they finished. what an absolute scam !!!!! Not upfront and honest about pricing. I’ll never go back here agin. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
