This was a really disappointing experience. We tried to make a reservation but they were full so we put our name on the list for a party of 5. We were told the wait would be about 40 minutes. We walked around waiting for a message for a full HOUR and a HALF - and then decided to check back in with reception. I didn’t catch the hostess’s name, she was a white lady with a bob and piercings. When I explained that we’ve been waiting for about 2 HOURS at that point- she was extremely RUDE and said that they “don’t seat people without a reservation”… and she was the one who told us that it would be 40 minute wait… As someone who works at a server, pro tip- don’t LIE to guests. Our party was extremely polite and waited over DOUBLE the time she initially said. I promise the food and poor service is NOT worth a 2+ hour wait- extremely poor business model and very frustrating experience- if I could give 0 stars I would.

I came here on a weekend without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised to find seats available at the bar, probably because I arrived before noon. It’s located on the second floor, right across from Morning Glory. I ordered the avocado tacos, and they were absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the food took over 30 minutes to arrive, which was a bit surprising. The bartenders were friendly, and the overall vibe strikes a nice balance between casual and dressy, with beautiful aesthetics throughout. I’d recommend making a reservation if you’re planning to visit, unless you go during off-peak hours.

I ordered the Boricua Bowl, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. The food itself wasn’t the best, and the service was even worse. While I was waiting for my table, the hostess started sweeping debris toward me without saying anything or asking me to move, which felt very disrespectful. Overall, I’d rate the service 0/10.
