The studio is gorgeous and super cute and the class was good but giving it 4 stars because we did lunge and single leg squats while standing on the reformer and this is a huge safety hazard for an exercise that can be done just as effectively while standing beside the reformer with one foot on the shoulder block. Overall the class was awesome and I really enjoyed it and would recommend this place but standing on the reformer definitely took focus away from form and is unnecessary for most moves unless it’s specifically marked as an advanced class

Beautiful studio that offers reformer, mat pilates, and barre. They have a "glam station" where you can get ready after a class, as well a infrared sauna. Did a glute & core class that was 🤌🏻
